Healthy Milkshakes!


Good morning everyone! Lately, I’ve been experimenting on creating good and healthy smoothies/milkshakes and I decided to share with you some of my recipes. So here I am, with a new post, still different from the others, but don’t worry next time I’ll publish a something new regarding fashion again!

I’ve been trying to eat more fruits in the past few weeks, and something that really helped me were milkshakes and smoothies, I love milk and I think that mixing it up with fruits is really really awesome.

So the first milkshake that I’ve been trying is with Greek Yogurt, milk, kiwis and strawberries. All you need is:

  • Two tablespoons of greek yogurt
  • One cup (it depends on you, you can even remove the milk and only use the yogurt) of milk
  • 5/6 strawberries
  • 1 kiwi

Mix it all together.

For the second milkshake, I’ve used Bananas, strawberries and milk. This is like, the simplest thing ever:

  • Two/three cups of milk
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 banana

Mix it all together.

Whilst the third, that is the one that sometimes I make when I’m no mood to prepare lunch:

  • One Avocado
  • Three cups of milk or almond milk
  • 5/6 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
