Good afternoon people! Have you ever found yourself alone thinking what you could do? Well today I have your answer. I will write down ten things you can do by yourself and that will make you feel less lonely and that will make you appreciate your time alone.
So let’s just get on with it!
- Go out for a long Sunday Brunch. I think this is perfect if you just want to go out and take some time for yourself.
- Cook something that you’ve never cooked before. Maybe I have never said this but I love experimenting things in the kitchen, even tough I am terrible at cooking. And, this could be a perfect way to spend your Sunday afternoon if you’re bored!
- Sip a cup of tea and look out of your window. I find this very relaxing especially if it’s raining outside.
- Travel or do a day trip. This is my favourite one.
- Go for a jog or just for a walk. This could be very helpful to calm yourself or distress.
- Have a dinner at a nice restaurant. Don’t be afraid of others judging you a lonely person. Finding time for yourself includes even this one.
- Light up a candle and take a relaxing bath. Second thing in my favourite list.
- Rearrange your wardrobe. Tip: do this while you listen to some music.
- Do a face mask.
- Journal & set some goals. Do it. I’m serious.
This is a very short post, but I kind of like it, it can be very useful I think.
